Cara is certified to administer the Meyers Briggs Type Inventory -MBTI, as well as the Human Synergystics instruments, the Life Styles Inventory - LSI, and Leadership Impact Assessment – LI. Cara uses assessment tools for leadership development, 360-degree feedback, executive coaching, team development, conflict resolution processes and organizational development, including change management processes.
